How to Beat Self Doubt and Insecurities to Become the Best You

One of the most limiting things a person lives through is self-doubt. It keeps you locked away in a prison full of your own insecurities.       It chokes your ability to engage in opportunities and adventures. Worst of all, it will hold you back from ever achieving the things that you want.
I met people who even gave up on wanting anything at all due to having such a high level of self-doubt.  Their insecurities were so deep and so bad that they gave up on even their freedom to make choices.
This is a terrible way to think about ourselves.  It causes a person to live a limited life made that way by the thoughts in their mind.

With a little work and the right amount of determination, there is something that we can do to conquer this.

How to Dominate Doubt

Doubt, by its nature, is negative. It denounces and turns down any thoughts of positive or action inspiring suggestions.   If left unchecked, doubt becomes an attitude that isolates a person from the world.  Doubt then keeps that person confined to a self-centered and destructive ego.
To dominate doubt, we must want to do so.  If we don't at least investigate our ability to overthrow doubt, then there is no hope for us.
A person who is happy to live in doubt is like cancer.  He or she will contaminate anyone who has even a shred of positivity.  The doubter, like a black hole, consumes all light so that there is no hope of the victim returning to normal.
Someone who has decided to overcome doubt
is like a former black hole. He or she has stopped sucking in everything.

Instead, the former doubter now learns to produce and create a
little light.
Without making such choices, doubters cannot conquer their own self-doubt.

The Argument of Doubt

Doubters, to justify their own self-doubt - argue that they never saw liberation happen.  They never saw people overcome their limitations.
For example, if you try to convince a doubter to become a confident public speaker - that person says no. That doubter replies that he or she has never done it before.  So the doubter thinks, from his or her point of view, that it's not doable.
Another doubts that someone else can invent something.  Because he or she has never seen it done, then that doubter doubts that achievement is possible.
In all such cases, a self-doubter still lives with a mindset trapped by a past full of limitations.
When we discover such knowledge, we can then use strategies to destroy specific doubts.  How do we do this?

Creationism
I am not referring to Biblical Creationism.

Instead, the creationism that I am talking about is completely
personal.  It is inspiring, encouraging, motivational, creative,
productive, and free - the opposite of self-doubt.
It works for all kinds of self-doubt and insecurity.   It contradicts and opposes every form that self-doubt or insecurity takes.
We each prove limitations wrong.  Our minds learn a newer and more positive way of thinking about things.  This happens because we see, first hand, limiting, doubting thoughts get undone, one by one if necessary.
To do this we must either show or create a case for the opposite.  We need proof.
Show yourself the opposite of your own self-doubt.
Investigate, encourage yourself to experience the achieved thing
that your mind doubts in the process of being achieved.   Commit
yourself to prove your doubts wrong.  If you can do this, you will
reprogram your mind to achieve anything that you could want to achieve.

You Have a Choice to Make

Conquer your doubts and you will become the positive force of life on this planet Earth.
If you do the opposite of conquering your doubts you will rot in a world of limitations.  This will happen because of your remaining a hostage of your own self-doubting mind.
Now that you see how this choice is all up to you, what do you intend to do about it?
